I am all about local. 💗
I’ve traveled all over the world and love to do it. But there is something about coming home. Siouxland is my home, and it is where my family and friends live. It’s where I engage with all kinds of beautiful community-focused people. I find much joy here. And as with anything, we get what we put into life.
I choose to invest in my community. I surround myself with amazing people – local small business owners, nonprofit board members, volunteers, and countless others who value our community. People just like you. We have endless conversations about possibilities.
We shop locally whenever possible, knowing the dollars spent here stay here. We invest time volunteering, knowing that we can make a difference in someone’s life. We look for opportunities to collaborate and have a greater impact.
Siouxland Magazine is proud to be your local publication. That goes from its ownership all the way through to the printing – everything is local.
But we are so much more than just a print publication. We reach the community through digital platforms, social media, and live events. Today, I’m excited to announce that we are adding podcasts to the list. In a collaboration with Powell Broadcasting, more local 💗, we are bringing you the podcast: Starting Conversations with Stacie and Tony. It’s an extension of the stories and interviews you read about in the magazine.
The intention has always been and will continue to be, to educate and inspire our audience. We strive to spark curiosity and start meaningful conversations. While encouraging others to stay open and explore the possibilities in their lives, I’ve been doing the same. It is becoming more and more apparent that it is time to evolve to the next level.
Siouxland Magazine is more than a magazine; so much more. Stay tuned to see what’s in store next.
