Siouxland Magazine is Metro Sioux City's premier community, lifestyle, events and entertainment magazine. Siouxland Magazine is distributed quarterly at hundreds of high traffic locations throughout Sioux City and surrounding communities.

Siouxland Magazine began a number of years ago by a local woman, Barb Iaquinto. Eventually, she moved out of the area, and the magazine was purchased and continued by Pioneer Communications out of Des Moines.

In the spring of 2008, Susan Fey was hired part time as editor and sales manager of Siouxland Magazine. Additionally, she works for ISU Design West that is located in Sioux City Iowa, a satellite Design Studio from the Iowa State University College of Design.

In November of 2010, Susan Fey started her own publishing company, Hill House Publishing and acquired Siouxland Magazine. The magazine is now published locally in the Siouxland area once again! Susan has a bachelor's and master's degree in English, as well as a bachelor's degree in Secondary Education. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, as well as working out, cooking, and reading. She and Beau have 2 sons, Paulsen and John.
